Does Big Cat Carolinas charge sales tax?

Big Cat Carolinas collects sales tax when required by law. Sales tax is automatically calculated for orders, respective of the customer’s tax region.

What should I do if my organization is tax-exempt?

Send us your tax exemption certificate via email (bigcat@bigcatcarolinas.com) prior to placing your order. We will deduct sales tax from your order after verifying your certificate. Failing to send us your tax-exempt certificate may delay your order. We are unable to remove sales tax from an invoice after an order has been shipped.

Is there a minimum order for online purchases?

There is no minimum order for online purchases; however, you may receive a special offer such as free shipping if a minimum order is made. Check the site for any current promotions of this type.

Big Cat Carolinas, LLC has signs made to order, and therefore, considering order placement, production time, shipping, and delivery, it can take approximately 3 - 14 days, depending on the product ordered, from the time you complete your order before you will receive your signs. Some companies focus on speed of delivery, whereas Big Cat focuses on quality, price, and customer service. Please allow more time for larger orders.

How do I change an order I submitted to Big Cat Carolinas online?

Orders are processed immediately and therefore we are unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations. Erroneously ordered standard items must be returned after delivery and a restocking fee will apply. Erroneously ordered custom or semi-custom signs may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
